Shout B-I-N-G-O
Gambling is said to be a game of chance. No practice and great skill is necessary to ensure success. You may ask, what then should you have to win? Just a great deal of sheer luck is all it takes.
Although considered a social game in the early days, BINGO is a form of gambling because you bet on your card purchase and play to win. Plus the fact that all players end up wishing to their lucky stars that their game card numbers will be called in order to complete a pre-determined pattern.
Playing bingo is really simple. A pre-determined pattern, a set of game cards and some markers are all you need to enjoy the game. For starters, the session will have a pre-determined winning pattern to be formed by the players. Bingo patterns can range from simple straight horizontal and vertical lines, diagonal lines, and four corners to special creative patterns like bow-tie, boat, diamond, small and big frame, top hat, fish, and many more. These patterns are flashed on a number board for players' guidance during the game.
If you've decided to play bingo, you will need a set of game cards containing a 5x5 grids with numbers and corresponding letters B-I-N-G and O on top of each column. The middle box of this grid is always considered bonus or marked. These letters are designated to numbers from 1 to 75. For instance, the letter B represents 1-15; letter I from 16-30; letter N from 31-45; letter G from 46-60; and letter O from 61-75. To play the game, no maximum numbers of game cards are required. It depends on your budget and your speed of marking numbers how many game cards you can accommodate to look after.
Once you have your game cards in place, be creative with colored markers! For bingo enthusiasts, there are available easy circle markers called "dabbers". This is not for drawing but for marking the numbers to be called. Players can mark numbers with a variety of shapes provided that the numbers can still be read. You wouldn't want your game card to be a mess especially when you've won, right?
As the sessions kick-off, numbers from 1 to 75 are randomly picked and called by the bingo caller. Each session can be designed to have three main games and four filler games. Each game will have a different pattern to complete. When the numbers on your game are called, mark it right away! Hopefully, you bring about the winning pattern then shout a resounding BINGO!
